there're blossoms already beautiful and also them not already. we can't expect when each ones bloom, and your beautifulness can be kept if you still don't do. don't need to be ashamed, don't need to be hurrying. you just need to wait the time your beautifulness is ready in spring breeze. maybe there're ones which will be not able to bloom, then the ones just try to make new blossom. you shouldn't look at a time in right now. "now" is in just now, but "future" is not in just now.

もう咲いた花も、まだ咲かない花もある。花は、いつ咲くのかわからない。まだ咲いていないからといって、咲いた君の花の美しさは損なわれない。何も恥じることはない。何も焦ることはない。君は、君のタイミングで君の花が咲くその時を、春の陽気に心を委ねて待てばいい。きっとそのまま枯れていくつぼみもあるだろう。その時は、また新しい新芽をつければいい。その時に捉われてはいけないよ。今は今しかないかもしれないが、未来は今にないんだから。
